With a careful balance of comfort and modern, Dolphin Shores is designed to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

The house is set up to provide everything needed for a long stay, and offers 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, open-plan Dining, Lounge and Kitchen, plus a TV lounge, and fully equipped laundry. Rooms are flooded with natural light, and most have access directly onto one of the sundecks. Windows are fitted with fly-screens, and the reverse-cycle heat pump, wood heater, and portable heaters and coolers provide comfort year-round.

The spacious main bedroom with adjacent bathroom features windows on 3 sides, luxurious 100% cotton over-size bedding, multi-zone electric blanket, ceiling fan, TV with new-release in-house movies, large built-in wardrobes, electronic safe, heater/ cooler, wireless charger, and a selection of pillows and blankets. It is separated from the other bedrooms, providing a quiet retreat as well as direct access onto one of two sun decks.

Bedroom 2 features a queen bed with direct sundeck access, and the kids will love the bunk beds in Bedroom 3 with adjacent shower room. These rooms are easily closed off from the rest of the house to provide privacy.

An open plan Dining and Lounge wraps around the fully equipped Kitchen and leads onto the north-facing BBQ deck. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet just about every need, and is stocked with several consumables including an extensive range of tea & coffee supplies.

There is a separate TV Lounge with streaming hub, DVDs, new-release in-house movies, and a cosy sofa to curl up on. A fully equipped laundry completes the main part of the house.

Where "Clean" Is Not Enough

We've all been in those hotels or B&Bs where we avoid walking on the floor with our socks, cringe when we have to use the TV remote, wash our hands after touching drawer handles, dread getting anywhere near the gap in the sofa cushions, and throw the bedspread as far from the bed as possible. Did you know most B&Bs spend just 2 hours or less cleaning a whole house between guests? At Dolphin Shores you can relax in the knowledge that we have spent a minimum of two full days undertaking a thorough deep clean prior to your stay. All high-touch surfaces including benches, handles, switches and remotes are sanitised, sofas vacuumed, blankets, floors, toilets, showers and mats all washed and sanitised.

To help those who suffer from allergies or asthma, the house is kept pet-free, bathroom and cleaning products are chemical-free, there are hypoallergenic pillows, and the native wildlife looks after most of the mowing. Our cleaning protocols also meet or exceed the regulatory requirements for cleaning of Covid-infected occupied areas, regardless of guests' health status, because we value every one of our guests.

Consumables Supplied

Dolphin Shores is equipped with a comprehensive supply of bathroom, laundry and kitchen consumables for use during your stay.

All your usual stock items like shampoos, toilet paper, laundry liquid, dishwasher tablets, cooking oil, tea & coffee are provided, in addition to dozens of other consumables to help make your stay easier. We can email a full list prior to your arrival.

Sourcing bathroom and cleaning products that are cruelty-free, ethically sourced, and free of harmful chemicals is extremely important to us. By using these supplied products, you will help protect the local wildlife and the fragile environment that helps make Dolphin Shores such a special place.
