Dolphin Shores is located in the best part of Dolphin Sands, and is one of only nine properties to have beach frontage in excess of 150 metres. Extremely quiet and private, yet just a short walk away from Bagot Point reserve, where Moulting Lagoon and the Swan River meet Great Oyster Bay. Bagot point can be reached by beach or road, and is a popular spot for fishing, boating, and other water activities. Just beyond is Pelican Point where pelicans are often seen resting.
Dolphin Shores has its own separate games room, Time-Out, to keep the kids occupied when the weather turns bad, or they have had enough of the beach and sun. Located in a large shed between the house and beach, Time-Out will keep them occupied for hours with table and lawn games including:
Dolphin Shores is one of very few blocks here at Dolphin Sands that has grassed areas, so if 9 miles of pristine beach and our Time-Out games room are not enough for you, perhaps we can interest you with some of these activities:
Dolphin Shores is a registered Land for Wildlife conservation. This tip of the Dolphin Sands peninsula is surrounded by coastal reserve, nature reserve and bird sanctuary, with Freycinet National Park and Moulting Lagoon Game Reserve as close neighbours.
We are regularly visited by wallabies, echidna, blue tongue lizards, brush-tail and ring-tail possums, kookaburras, cockatoos, parrots, pelicans, bats and many other birds. On rare occasions you may be lucky enough to see a sea eagle, Forester kangaroo, wombat, dolphins, porpoises, Humpback and Southern Right whales, fur seals, fairy penguins or owls.
