Introducing Svens and Lisa
We have been involved in the travel and tourism industry for well over 30 years, and our connection with Dolphin Sands goes back even further to when there was nothing here but sand. We love this place, and we love providing great customer service, so it was only logical to put the two together. Our interest in travel has has taken us to more than 40 countries, staying at everything from campsites and hostels to 5-star luxury hotels, resorts, and cruise ships. Drawing on this combined knowledge, as well as on the valued feedback from our guests, we take great pride in preparing and delivering an experience we hope you will love.
The Property
So much more than just a base for touring... it's a destination.
Our family has owned land at Dolphin Sands since it was subdivided back in the 70's. That's given us a lot of time to work out what makes the perfect block of land, and how to best utilise it. Dolphin Shores offers a unique setting where guests can feel at ease whether staying a week, a month, or even longer.
Having beach frontage is great, but we have added to that by creating a destination where other activities can be enjoyed too. Dolphin Shores is sheltered by established trees, has lawns to run around and play on, a choice of decks, the versatility of providing a games room separate from the main house, and provides privacy from all directions. It is somewhere that feels like home away from home, where you can relax and enjoy several days or even weeks. There is no pressure to have to hit the road when you are tired of the beach, in fact, there is no pressure to have to do anything at all.

We are proud to be local Tasmanians, using our own experiences to shape not only our offering at Dolphin Shores, but customise tips and advice on the greater area. Even before your holiday begins, we are available day and night to answer questions and offer any help to ensure you can make the most of your trip.
