Payment
A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due at least 28 days prior to arrival.
We accept BPAY, PayID, and Direct Deposit.
Cancellations and Refunds
Booking direct is always an advantage when the unexpected happens. We will work with you in the event of a change or cancellation, refunding any nights that are able to be re-sold, less an administration fee. Changes are subject to price adjustment and may incur a fee equivalent to 1 night depending on the notice given.
Bookings
The most cost effective way to book is to contact us directly with your request. We are here 7 days a week and will reply to you as quickly as possible.
We are listed on several short-stay and online hotel accommodation platforms, all of which add booking fees and differing restrictions. If you prefer to book online, we recommend using Airbnb. Our Airbnb listing contains more photos and detail as well as some live availability, so it can be worth a look even if you still come back to book via email for a better price.
